My stay with Carlos was great! Was just in for a quick visit prior to a cruise. They were very welcoming! Had really nice conversations and they were so kind to share dinner and breakfast the following morning. The hot tub was very relaxing! Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Miami.

Carlos and Gio were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and at home. Their communication was excellent throughout my stay. You can truly tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing a wonderful experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I will absolutely be staying the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! I enjoyed all the plants in and out!

Wonderful stay with an amazing couple and beautiful fur babies! Cozy set up, great bedding & private bath. Easy access go get around the city. Hosts were full of suggestions on where to go. Don't skip out on some hot tub time! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Carlos and Jon's home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and came with a private bathroom—everything was perfect. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Carlos and Jon are incredibly friendly and genuinely kind people. Within 10–15 minutes of talking to them, it felt like I had known them forever and we quickly became friends. We even went to the beach together, and Carlos kindly gave me rides to my work events, which I truly appreciated. I had a great time at their house and experienced their amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay with them again if I visit Florida in the future.

Carlos and Gian were great host and very hospitable. The room was clean, comfortable, and cold. I only stayed for a short weekend, but they made me feel at home away from home. The day I arrived to Miami we had some wine and charcuterie and the following day they cooked me breakfast. Very nice people.

Had a great time meeting these guys and truly appreciate the hospitality they showed. I wish I'd booked more than one night, but was a last minute change in my schedule. Will definitely look for them when I'm town again!

Excellent accommodating hosts, excellent conversations, clean place and new. I would love to relax there again - the hot tub was a very nice amenity. I enjoyed the proximity to Wynwood arts and music events.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Carlos and Geo's place. They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable, and that I had everything I needed. They gave me some great suggestions about things to see and do, drove me to a few areas, and even shared their meals. Their place is quiet, cozy, and inviting. The backyard is beautiful and private, and the hot tub is so relaxing. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and cozy stay while still being near all of the attractions that Miami has to offer!

What an amazing place, the hosts are welcoming and wonderful. The room and bathroom were spotless and so comfortable. If you're in Miami, you can't go wrong here, the value is unmatched.
