Private pool + nearby beach + world-famous nightlife = FUN VACATION!

OVERVIEW: Our clothing-optional house is located only 0.6 miles from Wilton Drive -the main strip of Wilton Manors- and 1.0 miles from world-famous gay nightlife (dance clubs, bars, pubs and lounges), as well as museums, galleries, shops and some of the best restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale. The beautiful Lauderdale beaches and Ocean Blvd. are only 2 miles away, and Sebastian beach is just a bit farther, 4.5 miles. The well-known “Cabanas Guesthouse & Spa” is literally around the corner, only a 4-minute walk. We offer you a perfect location between the bars and the ocean, while being just 8 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale airport (FLL).

THE SPACE: Our well-appointed 3/2 home is a fully-renovated property with new everything, including a beautiful pool and resort-like amenities and patio furniture that will truly make you feel like you’re on vacation whether you are or not. Your bedroom features: - king bed with 2 soft and 2 firm pillows, - 2 nightsands with lamps, USB and wireless cell phone charging - flat screen Smart TV with HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu and Prime, - closet with luggage rack and hangers, and 2 waffle bathrobes, - small desk with supplies to use your laptop if you need to work, - Amazon Alexa to control the lights, TV programming, etc. - Programmable safe, - ceiling light and fan controlled with a remote. Note: your bathroom is not inside or attached to your bedroom, but in the hall.

IMPORTANT: You will be sharing our home, your room doesn’t have a private/external access.

GUEST ACCESS: You have access to the whole house. Pool, patio, dining and living rooms, kitchen, and the guest bathroom, which will be used only by you during your stay. If we have friends or family visiting while you’re here, we’ll ask them to use only our bathroom. The pool area has an outdoor peeing area as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There’s plenty of parking around the house (corner lot), and it’s very safe here. If you happen to be driving a Tesla vehicle, we offer free charging. Help yourself to complimentary soft drinks in the small fridge in the patio; alcohol in our bar is out of limits, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We offer complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea to jumpstart your morning. Pool towels are located in the patio, as well as sunblock and sunglasses if your forgot yours. You can use space in the fridge to store your own food, and use the stove, ovens and appliances as needed.

GUEST INTERACTION: We’re both semi-retired and spend a lot of time at home - so chances are you’ll see us most of the time you’re in the house, either inside or skinny dipping in the pool. If you’re more of a loner or want your own space, that’s totally fine, feel free to spend your time in your room or hang out by yourself in the pool area. If you want to hang out with us, that’s also totally fine. We’re very sociable and happy if you join us to watch tv, chat, or hang in the pool.

**Our home is clothing-optional, both out in the pool area and inside the house. If nudity offends you or you’re not into nudism, please let us know as soon as you check in. Otherwise, make yourself at home and enjoy!**

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Coral Estates is a very quiet neighborhood in Wilton Manors. Both our streets (we’re in a corner) have very low traffic. We’re 1 block away from 26th St, which has higher traffic, so while we’re close to everything, we’re far enough that there’s absolutely NO traffic noise at home.
