Casa Citron is a clothing optional casual stay for men. We have a heated pool, a hot tub, and dual outdoor showers for all the guests to enjoy. We also have complimentary coffee and tea in the covered pool patio.
Unit 2 is a one bedroom and one living room unit with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests between one king size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The published room rate is for double occupancy. Any extra guest after two (the 3rd and 4th guest) has a change of $50 per person per night. Please select the correct number of occupants when making your reservation since it cannot be added later.
Unit 1 and Unit 2 are adjacent to each other in a detached building from the main house. Each unit has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. However, both units can be combined through lockable communicating double doors. If you are traveling with friends, I recommend you book both units, 1 and 2. - 15 minute drive or Uber ride to downtown Fort Lauderdale (sauna, nightlife, theaters, live performances, etc)

By booking at Casa Citron, you agree to:
Visitors: Only one visitor is allowed per unit for no more than one hour. Visits are restricted to rooms only. Visitors are not permitted to use the common areas. You are responsible for any damages caused by your visitor.
Double Occupancy: All bookings include two adults. Unit 2 has a pull-out sofa bed which can accommodate two additional adults. Additional guests must be included at time of booking, prior to arrival. Please note there is a $50 upcharge per person/per night.
Linens & Towels: Casa Citron does not provide room service. Guests staying less than a week are responsible for the maintenance of their linens and towels throughout their stay.
Washer/Dryer: Casa Citron does not have W/D for guest use. However, there are several laundromats around.
Clothing Optional: Casa Citron is clothing optional. Please remember to use provided towels or sarongs while lounging nude on the common area furniture.
Pool Umbrellas: Kindly remember to close the pool umbrellas when not in use to avoid damage from wind gusts.
Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk. For your safety, absolutely no glass is permitted outside of your unit. No diving allowed.
Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Please keep the cover on at all times while not in use.
A/C: Please keep doors and windows closed while your A/C is on as it can freeze and stop working.
Lighting: Please be mindful to turn off all lights and tv when leaving your unit.
Quiet Hours: 8:00pm-8:00am (20:00-08:00)
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the units. You may smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
No Drugs | No Glitter | No Filming Content: These are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pets: At this time Casa Citron is no longer accepting pets.
Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 11am: If you know what time you are planning to arrive and depart please let us know in advance. Please be mindful of these hours as we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals, late departures, or provide luggage storage.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Casa Citron, Corp. and their officers, owner(s), director employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable leg and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the use, condition or rental of a Rental Property by you and your invitees, including but no limited to any injuries, losses, or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of a rental, booking or use of a Rental Property.
