Adrian was a great host and was very welcoming and helpful with parking and checking in. He's a great host and the place was great for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would use his space again in the future when back!

Adrian's place is clean. The room he offers is fairly spacious. It has a small refrigerator, desk & chair. The bed is very comfortable. The unattached bathroom is large with a nice shower. The AC is perfect. Adrian is a gracious & friendly host & I much enjoyed my conversations with him. His place is close to major bus routes. It ideal for persons who travel light, are comfortable using public transportation/Ubering/Lyfting, & are mostly out & about much of the day. I would stay here again.

The stay was amazing. The room was clean, we had our own bathroom, the location was very quiet and many nearby shops and food locations. Adrian was super helpful since the moment we reached out to him. He's an amazing host.

Adrian was very responsive in texting me answers to my questions about his home. He was accommodating about my 7p arrival time. When he showed me my room I was breathless. Besides being comfortably furnished (with TV) and tastefully decorated, it was light by candlelight! Adrian’s use of candles throughout his space should be his signature! Adrian took a chance on me because, being my first rental on this site, I didn’t have a review about me as a guest. We visited for 1/2 hour, exchanging some details of our lives. He is very outgoing, and I think I can already call him a friend. Adrian shared his Brazilian coffee with me, and offered me cake and coffee. My own key and door pass code made future arrivals easy. He showed me the washer and dryer for a load of laundry ($3). Reba is his elderly dog. She is very quiet and friendly, spending most of her time in her bed. Adrian’s suite of rooms has great value, and I want to stay here again on my next visit to north Miami!😀. I rate him “over the top”!

Adrian is a welcoming host with great communication/conversation. His place is small but minimally and tastefully decorated. The room has its own television, local channels, and the wifi was good. Adrian went out of his way to welcome me, baked a cake and engaged in interesting conversation after I returned from dinner. The bed is comfortable and bath was very clean as was the rest of the apartment. His place is convenient to Haulover Beach and the Shops at Bal Habour which is a high-end shopping mall. The end of his street opens to Biscayne Blvd with restaurants and a nice strip shopping center. Also about 15 minutes from Port of Miami, which was my destination the next morning. I hope to stay with Adrian again.
