Luxury in the heart of Brickell with amazing views & amenities

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short distance away. Ferd the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I especially appreciated the small details, like the thoughtful amenities and how well-organized everything was. It really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My stay was amazing! The place was spotless and comfortable. Its location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Miami, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a short walk away. The host, Ferd, was another highlight—incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and shared some amazing local recommendations for food and entertainment that really made my trip special. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a clean, luxurious home base that makes exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. It's the kind of place you wish you could move into permanently. Can't wait to go back!

Had a delightful stay with Ferd. In town for a music festival and he was very accommodating in so many ways. Made sure my check-in was seamless (building valet at $30/day if driving), spectacular view building and amenities. Room by front door made it nice as to not disturb him and his cute doggo when coming in late. Very personable guy and shared lots of great local recs.

Can I turn around and go back!? This was a fantastic stay. 1. The place has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever used and is located in a small room off the entry, with a curtain dividing it from the common area. 2. The building is beautiful, the apartment immaculately clean, the private bathroom well-appointed, and the environment peaceful. (If you are worried about the dog, we never heard him and only saw him when he was being taken out. He's the chillest dog I've ever seen.) 3. The location is perfect. It is in a lively, safe, beautiful part of the city with public transportation nearby. There are great restaurants and they stay open late. 4. Ferd is absolutely wonderful. One of the highlights of the trip was the evening we spent laughing while watching a show and having a cup of tea. He generously offers whatever he can to make the stay go smoothly, including great tips. He communicates quickly and kindly. I probably would want to return to Miami even if we had we stayed at a hotel, but now I DEFINITELY hope that we make our way back to stay with Ferd in Brickell.

I had such a great experience with Ferd!! The location is PERFECT and it's just the right amount of space. He was so nice, so accommodating and had great recommendations. The building amenities were incredibly nice and accessible. I really enjoyed getting to know him and meeting his dog who is the absolute cutest!! I would absolutely stay here again when in Miami!

Ferd was a gracious host. Nice high rise apartment with a small bedroom closed with curtain partitions and private bathroom once you enter. Everything was clean and nicely set up. Most importantly the bed was super comfortable, we both slept in for 10 hours each night! Thanks again, Ferd:)

We had a wonderful stay with Ferd. He was a very generous and considerate host, and the apartment was both beautiful and comfortable. Having our own bathroom was so nice and the building amenities were amazing--it felt like being at a resort with the spa and multiple pools. If we go back to Miami we'd love to stay there again.

Excellent location, central, Ferd is an excellent host who gave us great recommendations of places to visit, without a doubt I would recommend staying in his apartment, everything is clean and well organized

Ferd is super friendly and welcomed us after our late flight to Miami. I cannot hope for a better host honestly. The place is cozy with amazing views of Brickell and the location is right in the heart of Brickell full with restaurants, supermarkets and a metro station close by. We got access to the gym and the pools as well. The frenchie is cute and didn't bother us at all.

Ferd was awesome and the place was great. Also his pup his so cute !!
