Guest(s) to stay in an open guest room/den space that has been fitted with a queen size bed and a private/dedicated bathroom with shower. Guest(s) will have access to a shared full kitchen, living/dining area and balcony with panoramic views of the bay and city. Washer and dryer in unit as well. Guest(s) must be ok with pets as I have a friendly and cute Frenchie.

1. No smoking allowed in the apartment, balcony or any of the building amenities (per building association rules)
2. There will be a fee of $50 for lost key fob and/or key.
3. Appropriate clothing is required throughout the common areas (ie. elevator) and building amenities.
4. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. if you need an early check in or a late check out, please let me know in advance. I will do my best to accommodate the request based upon availability due to other bookings or commitments.
