• Be respectful of other guests & keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. • Keep fence gate closed and latched at all times. • No smoking inside the house. • Turn off TV when not in house or in use. • The backyard/pool area is a shared space for all. Do not leave any personal belongings outside your unit. This includes towels, swimsuits, shoes, etc. • If you move the outdoor furniture, put it back when you are done. • Guest’s cars should be parked in the designated areas. Parking is one car per unit. • This is NOT a clothing optional facility. No outdoor nudity allowed. • Facility amenities are for the use of registered guests. A maximum of one temporary visitor is permitted at any time by City ordinance. • No groups or parties permitted. No persons under 18 years old permitted onsite under any circumstances. • Do not remove the vacuum from the pool. It operates when the system is running. • Keep exterior doors closed when AC is in operation. • Do not hang anything from the curtain rods in the house. • Property exterior is under 24-hour surveillance. • No EV charging allowed at property.
