• Be respectful of other guests & keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. • Keep fence gate closed and latched at all times. • No smoking inside the house. • Turn off TV when not in house or in use. • The backyard/pool area is a shared space for all. Do not leave any personal belongings outside your unit. This includes towels, swimsuits, shoes, etc. • If you move the outdoor furniture, put it back when you are done. • Guest’s cars should be parked in the designated areas. Parking is one car per unit. • This is NOT a clothing optional facility. No outdoor nudity allowed. • Facility amenities are for the use of registered guests. A maximum of one temporary visitor is permitted at any time by City ordinance. • No groups or parties permitted. No persons under 18 years old permitted onsite under any circumstances. • Do not remove the vacuum from the pool. It operates when the system is running. • Keep exterior doors closed when AC is in operation. • Do not hang anything from the curtain rods in the house. • Property exterior is under 24-hour surveillance. • No EV charging allowed at property.

To start, the communication was terrible. He forgot all about my reservation and I had to write to Misterbnb just to get him to tell me how to get in. While I was there I never once saw anyone else come by, say hello or anything. I left early; it was too lonely and remote. I would never stay here again. Even though I knew I could not get a refund for the days it sat empty, the first thing he does is state the rules about refunds. So really all this host cares about is his money, not you, the guest. It would have come by once to see how I was doing or to introduce yourself, just once. The place is ok, not close to Wilton Manors, where all the gay bars are at all, so that was deceiving. It's not a poolside, it's a room in the back of the house with a pool in the backyard that is not kept up.

Boy was this guest difficult, very neurotic. A week before his arrival I didn't respond to a message within 12 hours, so he got upset and threatened to cancel with Mr BnB! This is a private property, and I do not live on site. Most guests, highly value their privacy, but apparently this guest wanted companionship which I was not prepared to offer. The property is well described online, not just "a room in the back of the house". The property address is provided when booked, so a simple ******** search can show the exact locations and proximity to any local attractions.

Nice apartment in a peaceful, quiet street, yet very close to Wilton Manors with all the fun bars. Marc was very responsive, communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again.
