What makes my property unique is that the backyard looks like a paradise jungle with a clothing optional pool and jacuzzi available as well and the fact that the location is 5 minutes to Wilton Manors also Las Olas and the beach this makes it a prime spot for your getaway I also do massage therapy as well by the pool if you are requesting that please let me know in advance or maybe when you are here other things that are included are two bunk beds in the room so it can accommodate up to four people which is super unique the room is small but very cute and cozy if there's anything else you'd like to know just ask.. if you read some negative reviews I just want to let you know the truth they bring drugs and people back to my property and disrespect my house okay to me that is another reason why I have rules and if they break them that's the problem and then they leave a negative review and trash my place when I provide a very nice clean respectful environment I've been doing ******** for 12 years and I have never seen reviews like this from the LGBT community this just makes me wonder if I should still continue to advertise on this platform because I have been getting nothing but trash hopefully if you're reading this you're different and you understand how to treat someone's place with respect ..thank you. And if you look at the negative reviews. It's because these guys think they're gonna come to my property. Hang out. Do drugs and have sex parties while I'm sorry. I have a respectable place and if they have to act like that. They are not welcome here anyway, so don't let bad apples spoil a nice place.

my rules are simple just treat the place like it's your own if you're a smoker please don't throw them on the ground like other people have done there are ashtrays out in the yard just use them and if you're going to have somebody over have some respect and keep the bathroom clean and if you're going to do not splatter it all over the shower and toilet bowl like people have done to me in the past and then they write a bad review because they're saying that they don't like the place because I complained about how dirty they were I'm sure you understand thank you very much and if you have any other questions let me know oh and please no drugs in the room and I don't want people covering up my smoke detector because they're smoking crack, and yes people actually do this so respect it like it was your own place and remember you also get a review so it goes both ways and no smoking in the room not even cigarettes and if you have any other questions please let me know thank you so much you can even use my bicycles for a small fee.

I paid for this accommodation 4 months in advance . When I called for access the day of my arrival, he said that he rented it to 4 girls and just to cancel my reservation with him and get my money back. I had a horrible time finding a different place to stay since it is spring break. I had to pay 3 times the amount for the new place. This property was a horrible experience and left me high and dry for my trip.

I would not recommend as it's not like a hotel and I couldn't do what I wanted to do in Wilton manor I think the description was changed after I arrived and asked about it so I didn't appreciate that bait and switch my first and last ********

The location was perfect. Easy to get to and easy parking. The bed was super soft and comfy (unless you like a firm bed). Wasn't able to use the pool as it wasn't cleaned prior to arrival and he had put the chemicals in after we arrived. No windows in room and backyard is a literal jungle. The shower is too small and poor drainage. I communicated with Marco several days prior to arrival, but he told us we had to leave early because he double booked. 100% DISSATISFIED.

Wasn't able to stay due to scheduling conflicts, but I would definitely recommend Marco, very nice man, I'll stay with him another time.

Very small room thank heavens for large yard Lots of things in room but would be nice too have coffee machine. Bed is squishy and need a new mattress Yard and pool area was very tanquile but outdoor carpeting needs to be replaced It was ok For the price was disappointed

Marco was friendly and helpful from the booking to leaving. The property is great and very private. He very much insists that the entire backyard is your during your stay and it's a great spot to enjoy an afternoon. Location is great, I walked to Wilton manors and a short drive to Los olas and the beaches.
