Classy, 2 Bedroom private upstairs guest house attached to Mini-Versace Mansion. On the canal that leads to Lake Erie. Wildlife all around! Great 3 story balcony views. Clean, spacious on a quiet dead end street. City park across the street/canal with tennis and pickleball courts. Head downtown Luna Pier for the public beach, fishing pier, bars and restaurants. Just off I-75 exit #6 between Toledo, OH and Monroe, MI.
