This upstairs bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, closet, and built-in desk. Upstairs living room includes a smart tv, as well as a Half Bath upstairs and Full bath just down the stairs. Downstairs also has kitchen, dining room, mud room, and washer/dryer available for laundry needs. Outdoor parking on driveway.
Nice quiet, country road with 2 ponds next to the house. Relaxing atmosphere.
No smoking inside or pets.
Perfect for short-term stays, whether for work or vacations. Males only allowed to stay here, but could be a mixture of gay and straight, so clothing-optional will depend on if everyone is comfortable. **Discounts for longer-term stays (up to a few months, depending on timeframe). Delightful experience from start to finish! Perfect host, yet lovely private space to relax and enjoy. Immaculate bedroom, sitting lounge and bathroom with all of the extras! Loved the experience and look forward to a return visit with the most kind, handsome and accommodating host!! For those not familiar with the area you are 20 minutes from all of the Lake Erie adventures and sites .

Spenser was a great host and his place is amazing, exactly what I was looking for, very close to Lake Erie and parks, and the food options from his little town were great, I had the best fried perch I've had in a long time. Definitely looking forward to staying with Spenser again
