Luxury-Private Room on the Detroit River!

This site has a issue with me living in Detroit on the Detroit River across from Canada. I don't live in Waker whatever! LOL

One ******** bedroom/bathroom suite.

Built in 1923, Indian Village Manor (IVM) has long enjoyed the prestige and reputation as one of the city's most exclusive riverfront addresses.

IVM is a gated community- the doorman will call you before allowing your guest entry into the condo/apt building. It's close to Downtown, Corktown, Midtown, Canada and Belle Isle - State Park, a 982-acre island with 5 miles of scenic shoreline and plenty of beach and barbecuing space.

All guests are encouraged to venture out of your private bedroom/bathroom suite, to take advantage of and enjoy my Living Room (surround sound (smart TV/ Netflix), Sun Room, Dining Room and Kitchen! My home was renovated in 2012 with a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, plush carpet in the bedrooms, custom granite counter tops/tiled floors in the bathrooms/kitchen, and a wi -fi system (Sonos ) in every room for music.

I keep the kitchen full with breakfast foods - bacon & eggs to yogurt/fruit and granola - coffee and tea. Oh, and some good local Detroit brews. Help yourself!

You can prepare your special home cooked meal or enjoy fine dining blocks away. I insist on cleaning the kitchen after you use it! You're on vacation!

I will provide daily room service upon request at no additional charge.

The condo has one additional bathroom & your room has a private full bath. Both are available for your use. Ground Floor unit - Handicap Accessible. On site wheel chair available.

The optional Master Bedroom (King Size Bed) is ONLY available during, conventions, sporting & concert events and for an additional fee! Please send me a message for more information.

So that's the good news ...you are probably wondering what could be better!

The optional master bedroom with the king size bed doesn't have a private bathroom and the water pressure at the sink ONLY in the one bedroom/bathroom suite could be better and finally the laundry room is in the basement.

IVM is located on the riverfront of the Detroit River across the street from West Village & Indian Village (two beautiful historic communities - nationally acclaimed).

If you enjoy a morning run or bike ride, jogging or biking through Indian Village/West Village over the MacArthur Bridge to Belle Isle are great options.

A fantastic restaurant called Craft Work & Marrow are two blocks from my condo/apt and is great for dinner or a drink. Detroit Vegan Soul (restaurant) & Red Hook (coffee shop) are also great places next door. Indian Village Market is a more standard grocery store one block away. Sister Pie - a Detroit based seasonal baked goods company that uses all-natural, fresh ingredients and unique interpretations is packed daily and a must try.

Enjoy your private garden on the Detroit River for relaxing on a Autumn day with a warm outdoor fire, to a barbecue in the summer with friends. (BBQ available 7 days a week -24 hr. Reservation Required- M-F {9-3 p.m.}

Expect to go out on the town wrinkle free and use my ironing board and iron.

Reside at this prestigious address and I can ****** you to the Detroit Athletic Club or Detroit Yacht Club (member only clubs)- indoor & outdoor pools- boating- fine dinning - indoor basketball-squash-racquetball-handball- for a small additional fee. Ask for more information.
