Located in Fort Lauderdale but within walking distance of Wilton Drive. 3 blocks from Ramrod Bar, a short distance to trendy Flagler Village,1 mile from beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale and only 3.5 miles from gay Sebastian Beach! A really great central location. Here you will enjoy a tropical pool setting and a private room with king size bed - shared bathroom - microwave - and Fire TV.
Casa Tropical is Trans friendly. Of course!
Casa Tropical is pet friendly! Your pet should not be destructive or aggressive.
Casa Tropical is family friendly. I understand we are a very diverse community and we do have families! However you should be aware of these important things:
- Casa Tropical is still clothing optional. Your host is a full time nudist and will most likely be nude during your visit. Guest nudity is completely optional.
- Casa Tropical is not child "proof" especially for small children.
- Casa Tropical has several outdoor surveillance cameras that are ONLY accessible by me. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Casa Tropical has a pool! And there is no child fencing.
- There is only one King Size bed in the room I rent. However, I do have a sofa with a pull-out bed in the media room.
_ there may be a small extra person fee for the additional family members. The 2 person limit can be flexible for a larger family.

Wilton Drive is just a short walk with all the restaurants, bars and shopping of the Gayborhood. But there is plenty of entertainment within just a few blocks. Trendy Flagler Village is also within walking distance or a short ride to downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beautiful Riverwalk and Las Olas Blvd. We are only 3 blocks from RamRod bar, 6 blocks from Boardwalk bar with other small bars within easy walking distance. Casa Tropical is always clothing optional with a nice private pool deck and *hot tub. Your host is a nudist and welcomes those who enjoy freedom from textiles.
*Please note that the hot tub can take some time to heat up and may not be available for everyday use. However, I will make every effort to accommodate requests (additional fee may apply) and guests are certainly allowed to join me if I already have it heated.

No drugs. There is no smoking inside but you can smoke on the front or back porch. Quiet time is after 10pm please as I work shifts from home on the weekends - of course you are OK to be out late as long as you are quiet on the return. No other guests or visitors please! No drunk or disorderly conduct - it is a fun town but please be responsible. There is one shared bath in the house and there is an outdoor shower with hot water.
