Joseph·4·May. 2026· "Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were updated and clean, no insects were noted. A nice little welcome basket was on the bed. The ad picture is somewhat deceiving in that back yard equipment, paving and building desperately needs to be power washed. The pool needed cleaning, filters are clogged and not (or weak) operating, the path around the house to the separate rooms is dangerous to see at night. The gate locks need illumination at night. The bathroom has been updated nicely. The location is ideal as it was only a 2 block walk to the bars and restaurants in Wilton Manors."

The communication from Tom was both timely and clear-cut, I was the one who went to the wrong house, but once I was in the correct place, it was exactly what I needed. Also, I was able to have a pleasant conversation with Tim, which was one of the highlights of my night in Atlanta. I will stay again, next time I am in town."

The brief time we hang out with the hosts was great, they make us feel at home. The place is close to all the places we were visiting during our stay. They also gave us many recommendations for places to see and where to eat. We definitely are coming back."
