Private room near the city center in the countryside on the Isar

Everything as described. Clean, comfortable and convenient stay. Christian was very helpful and responsive upon my arrival and throughout. Very convenient to transportation and in a quiet area close to everything. Highly recommended

Great place, great host. Just perfect. Quiet but close to convenient public transportation to go wherever you want. The park nearby offers nice walks close to the Isar river.

Christian was great. Like old friends. The place is perfectly located if you want clean, cozy, quiet and convenient. Christian's place is two-minute walk to bus 52, which goes to the heart of Munich. The flat is 3-4 minutes walk to a beautiful forest and the Isar River, which offers a natural setting you'd never know is in the city with many bike, jogging and walking paths, and about 25 minutes to a very popular sunning beach for swimming and sunning on the river. I am so happy with my experience and I really enjoyed my staying in this apartment. It was a real pleasure for me to meet Christian and stay in his home. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. There were also many extra accessories in case of need. Chris is a great host, helpful, very kind and generous. Communication was excellent with him and when I arrived I immediately felt like we were old friends. He is a wonderful person and also very friendly, sweet and respectful. He made available the whole apartment for me and he offered me a very good breakfast and some extras. We had very pleasant conversations too. His apartment is very easy to get from central station and it's a lovely safe area. Next time I will visit Munich I will stay at Chris's apartment again. This was my first experience with ******** and I really enjoyed it.

Christian is a very friendly person and speaks excellent English. Communication before and during my stay was impeccable. He made me feel very welcome in his home. The flat is located in a quiet area, not far from the city centre and public transport.

I would have wished for the apartment to be clean. Unfortunately, it's not really. A room can be simple, but please clean. If cleanliness doesn't matter to you, you can certainly book it. Not me again. Otherwise, Munich is always worth a visit

Christian is very fluent in English and responsive to messages. The room is in a quiet location but close to shops and metro as well as the river. All was in line with the listing.
