The apartment is stylish, bright and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen (for real connoisseurs!), a living room to relax in and a sunny balcony full of plants - perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening 🌿🍷
Your guest room is quiet, with a comfortable double bed (180x220), storage space and a small desk. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine and high-speed WiFi.

Only 3 minutes walk to the subway station Fraunhoferstraße (U1/U2)
Just around the corner you'll find the legendary Café Nil, Bar Sub and the Deutsche Eiche sauna - one of the best gay saunas in the world 🧖♂
5 minutes to the Isar - ideal for walking, jogging or sunbathing
The Flaucher ("gay island") is approx. 20 minutes away - a popular meeting place in summer 🌈
