Alexander has a wonderful, modern, and well-furnished apartment at the heart of Munich. It was close enough to walk to the old town but also right on an easy bike path to all the sights (I rented bikes on Lime and other apps the whole time). I appreciated that Alexander was deliberate about what he expects from his guests: to be friendly, kind, and clean. He was incredibly respectful and easy to talk to with helpful suggestions for all the gay and non-gay sights in Munich. I hope to stay again!

The host is wonderful to deal with. The room is extremely large and very spacious. I am happy to have stayed at this location due to the proximity of the Oktoberfest grounds were I went daily during my stay. I think the host is wonderful, he speaks perfect English and is wonderful to speak with. I can see myself staying here again. I had a wonderful time there.

Everything was lovely. Alex has two amazing cats. The balcony overlooks a main road, so bit noisy if you want to have the window open , as it is summer but else room was tidy and all necessities looked after. Alex is very genuine and kind. The location is very central. Price per night is bit steep for a cosharing experience but that's just me overthinking. It was a lovely experience overall.
