Nice thoughtful host.

Mark is a very caring host. Although the room is less tidy as on the picture(s), I had a very good time at Mark's place. Especially the U-Bahn just around the corner makes life easy. And if you walk the other way, you will find nature to enjoy. The quietness of the area surprised me positively. And his favorite Japanese restaurant is great: also just a few minutes walk.

Comfy bedroom in nice neighborhood. Host is helpful and kind, had very good conversations. Would come back for sure.

Mark was amazing. I had to arrive super early and he was flexible and kindly accommodated me. He was very friendly. It was a shame he was very busy that we didnt get to hang out much or try his pork adobo. Maybe next time! I recommend him to other guests.

Mark is a fantastic host! His home is in a great location with fast public transit access. He was a great help in getting me oriented with public transit, attentive to all my questions and very hospitable. He goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay and I would happily return and recommend him as a host.

The accommodation does not match the description. The bedroom is a large storage room, with clothing and shoes, bags, sports equipment, dolls, etc. Souvenirs hang on the walls and a large pinboard, a large teddy bear stands in front of the window. There were also no fresh bed sheets to cover with. All the other rooms are cluttered as well, smoking happens in the bathroom, the ceiling is yellow from nicotine. Disgusting and unacceptable. For 96 euros per night, I expect a clean room. It also smells bad.

Mark is a very good host, with easy communication. The appartment is located near by public transportations, very easy to go to the city center. It's a good option to visit Munich.

Mark's place was comfortable and v convenient for the tram and u-Bahn. I only met him when checking out but he was v friendly and communicated well to check that everything was ok with collecting the key and my use of his apartment
