You would enjoy the use of your own bathroom and a shared kitchen.
Less than 15min by tram you are at Sendlinger Tor or city center.
Around 18min you are at Munich Central Station/ Hauptbahnhof. Only 3-4 stops away from Ostbahnhof where you can visit the new urban quarter “Werksviertel” which has a lot of food, bars and clubs.
There is a tram and bus stops right outside our building and metro/Ubahn, city train/Sbahn connections in walkable distance.

We are okay with nudity, we do it ourselves sometimes but don’t expect us all the time. We just ask you to use a towel to sit down around the apartment, which we can provide.
You can use our kitchen for cooking, just clean up after yourself.
No parties.
No extra people without our knowledge.
