Private room in modern apartment

We had a fantastic stay with this lovely couple. They were absolutely perfect hosts — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of the city centre. Everything was just as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Raul's place in Munich. Location was great, they were very friendly and always attentive to us. Generous coffee in the morning and good conversations about Adele.

I am very happy Raul and his partner Erwin hosted me for a couple of days in München. They are really nice, easy to communicate with (before & during the stay), kind, and easy & relaxing to be around .. two great guys. Their home is modern, nicely decorated, spotless, nice & large bedroom, a little bit outside downtown but the public transportation is great so that was no problem. Their place is highly recommended and I will definitely try to stay with them next time.

It was one of my greatest holiday with Raul & Erwin. Raul helped me to get around the city and we had a great time of Munich nightlife :) I recommend them for all kind of travellers.

The hosts were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The location is really top-notch – everything is easily accessible and still pleasantly quiet. The apartment was spotless and really had everything you need. We felt totally comfortable and would come back anytime!

Staying at this house was the best decision ever and my trip to Munich was so much better because of the hosts! They were really helpful with tips, showing around and giving travel advices. They were also really kind, funny and great to be around. The room is perfect, clean and spacious, the sofa bed is really comfy and having a full bathroom for yourself is really convenient. Location is great, just a 20min walk to the gay area or less than 10min by tram. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend this place! Raul and Erwin were great hosts and gave lots of useful tips about where to go and what to do. The location is extremely convenient for getting around, either by tram or with a 15-minute walk to the gay neighbourhood. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Munich next.
