Bed, bath + breakfast near Werksviertel

Jürgen's place was very clean and convenient. He helped me with getting around and nearby options for eating out. The breakfast was fantastic as well.

We were received with great attention and kindness. Everything was perfect. You have your own area with your own little bathroom. The highlight is the lovingly prepared breakfast 😋. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. We would like to come back and stay longer next time.

The luxury and convenience of a hotel, combined with all the warmth of staying with old friends (this was my second visit). The best of both worlds! Jürgen and Frank were both extremely kind and thoughtful (helping me with my travel plans), while the elegance and variety of their breakfast must be seen to be believed. Their flat is chic and luxurious, with vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Because the bedroom and private bathroom are at one end of the flat, there is lots of privacy. The room is spotless and very quiet, with a lovely outlook over neighbouring gardens. The tram into the city is also extremely convenient. A fantastic place to stay and highly recommended !

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Jürgen was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. He gave me great recommendations and was always available and happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, and the apartment is located in a lovely, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. The tram is just a short walk away and makes it very easy to reach the city center within a few stops. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Munich and there is availability. I highly recommend it!

Jürgen and Frank are wonderful hosts. They are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, and provide great recommendations – whether for restaurants or beautiful lakes in the area. The room is spacious, quiet and has its own bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent breakfast: varied, lovingly prepared and made with high-quality ingredients – a perfect start to the day. I felt very comfortable and can unreservedly recommend the accommodation.

My stay with Juergen and Frank was great! They are wonderful hosts! Gentle, educated and discreets. Juergen was very supportive even before my arrival with directions and suggestions for my stay in Munich. The place is comfortable, clean and with privacy. Breakfast is a highlight!
