📍 THE LOCATION: Urban, hip & well connected
Our apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in Berg am Laim - a district that is currently becoming a new hotspot.
Gay hotspots & sightseeing: Take the streetcar directly to Marienplatz or the Deutsche Eiche (20 min.), just like on a city tour. The largest gay sauna and the Glockenbach district are practically your extended living room.
Werksviertel-Mitte (10 min. walk): 🎈 The coolest area in the city! Industrial charm meets Ferris wheel (Umadum), galleries and clubs. Insider tip: 🌶 Das Khanitta for authentic Thai street food.
The Macherei (around the corner): New York architectural flair right on the doorstep. You have to go to 🥘 Swaad - for us, the best Indian restaurant in the city with a real tandoori oven.
Connections: ✈ S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring (7-minute walk) takes you directly to the airport or main station. There is free parking right outside the door.

Food & Drinks: The Khanitta (Thai food market), gin bars, the Almighty coffee roastery, the Fitzroy in the Adina with (rooftop flair) & the Werksbräu.
Vibe: Ferris wheel (Umadum), bouldering halls, the Body & Seoul Gym and a real explorer feeling.
The Macherei (a few minutes' walk): Pure architecture in New York brick style. This is where the Scandic Hotel, stylish coworking spaces and the city's first Gold's Gym meet. A must for design fans!
