Hello and welcome to my home I am a freelance trainer and live in a modern apartment within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the airport. Having traveled a lot myself, I look forward to meeting new people and making friends from all parts of the world. If time permits, I would also be happy to show you around the city or go out for a meal together.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and consists of two bedrooms and a large living room with a balcony from which you can see the surrounding mountains. You have your own bedroom, the living room and bathroom are shared.
If you are more than 2 people, there is also the possibility to sleep on the couch in the living room.
A free outdoor parking space (non-reservable visitor parking) might be available.
Please note that I am a smoker and also smoke indoors. Please mention in your request that you are also a smoker or that you have no problem with it.

To respect the privacy of the neighbors, noise must be kept low at all times, therefore no parties in the apartment, no connections brought into the apartment. No pets allowed. As I am a cigarette smoker myself, smoking is allowed in the apartment, so it is not recommended to stay with me if you are a strict non-smoker. You are of course free to use the kitchen, but I expect you to clean it afterwards and treat my appliances with care. Broken items must be replaced.

There are no words to say how smooth and perfect everything went with Peter! Despite my last-minute request, he was not unprepared, and greeted me with the highest standards, even picking me up at the bus stop. I would recommend his flat to anyone passing through this beautiful city, both for the Gemütlichkeit of the flat and the wonderful welcome from the host, not to mention the pleasant time spent together, although brief.

First of all Peter is a natural good host! He is a genuine caring and attentive person. Very easy going and well organized. It was also nice to have time for a good conversation and to show me around for food supply. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. He is a smoker but the apartment doesn't smell tobacco. Location in a more residencial area, at 20min by bus to the historical center and to the central train station.
