I offer a room in a positive atmosphere right in the center of Munich - LGBQ* Center! From the main station 1 stop with the U2 Sendlinger Tor, from the airport S8 stop Marienplatz! It is very quiet and hidden in a beautiful courtyard with the best restaurants nearby. Relax and feel at home. Possibilities to drink coffee, have breakfast, eat, go to the bar, everything is within walking distance - no hustle and bustle. Walk to the Oktoberfest, the opera, the gym, concerts or Christmas markets. There is no communal kitchen and no tea/coffee in the room. Instead, a huge bed with a down comforter and cotton cover - I value quality. Towels and shower towels are provided. We share the bathroom, including a rain shower in a tropical ambience. 2 large windows provide plenty of natural light and a view of the greenery. It's not a cheap flophouse. If you like cheap, please book somewhere else. I expect and offer discretion and respect. Please ask your questions in advance - I look forward to your visit. Easy to reach from the airport or train/bus station. No free parking lot. Please check before booking! You want to walk around naked - please do - but don't expect that from me.

Fantastic stay with Stefan. He was very accommodating allowing me to check in early. He had to leave his job and greet me for my early arrival. Spacious comfortable room. Amazing mattress. I slept like a baby.

Stefan is a very gracious, friendly and knowledgeable host. The room was very comfortable and clean, as were the bath facilities. The location is beautiful, centrally located to many attractions, restaurants and bars. There are several outstanding restaurants literally at the apartment doorstep. What a lovely room in a quiet house with a great, sociable host right in the middle of Munich. All sights, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Stefan was a great communicator during booking and in planning the arrival. The place is VERY clean and orderly. Location is outstanding and very quiet. Host and setting is very private and respectful and expects the same. Kitchen facilities or coffee/tea station use are not included but plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would stay here again. Be sure to read the house rules in advance and ask if you have questions - Stefan is very kind and eager to make sure you are enjoying your stay.
