A lockable private room (approx. 18 sqm) in a two-room apartment in the Glockenbachviertel neighborhood—close to the city’s vibrant scene yet quiet, near the Fraunhoferstraße U-Bahn station (U1 or U2), and 7 minutes from the Isar River.
A Nespresso coffee machine and capsules are included in the room.
The room features a double bed, a Nespresso machine, a fireplace (with additional heating), and lighting controlled by remote.
Shared use of the kitchen and refrigerator is not provided.

Most of the main attractions in the city center are within walking distance.

Gay bars, cafés, saunas, and clubs are all within walking distance.
Marienplatz is a 15-minute walk or 2 stops by subway; the main train station is also 2 stops away (3 minutes).
The bathroom is separate and is shared with one other person (me).
