Room in Stylish and bright apartment in the city center

Very good, affordable and centrally located accommodation. Communication with both hosts was uncomplicated, friendly and quick. Overall, a clear recommendation!

I thank Fabrizio and Alessandro 10/10 for their super-kind welcome and for the great support they gave me before my arrival and during the time I spent in Munich :) Their apartment is located in the city centre, in the queer district, a walk-distance from all gay bars and discos of the city! The place is very bright and clean, well furnished with a touch of vibrant design; the bedroom is secluded and quiet with a window into the courtyard and has a comfortable double bed and a large round mirror. Fabrizio and Alessandro are super nice and really happy to help you and make you feel comfortable with anything. I will definitely go back to them next time!

Fabrizio and Alessandro are stellar hosts and you can expect them providing a welcoming, respectful, and kind service. Had a great experience and I will definitely recommend booking a time in Munich at their place! They were both so very friendly and communicative with respectful transparency and solution oriented attitude towards me as a guest. Sweet and kind people answering questions and being attentive about my needs. Fast message response in-app prior to my booking. Before and during the stay, whenever I had any questions about anything they were able too answer. During my whole stay, and the second I arrived there, I felt welcomed, safe and cared for by them both! Also worth mentioning that their gorgeous cat Gateo gave unconditional affection and cuddles for the whole visit. 10/10

Fabrizio was very responsive and lovely for our check-in due to a public transport strike. He was always kind and very pleasant. Smiling as well. A nice little couple, very nice.

Beautiful bright apartment in a very central location. Communication was excellent from the start and the hosts are very hospitable and at the same time discreet. I would definitely go back with pleasure, not least because of the sweet little cat.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the city center and only a few stops to the train central station, a lot of restaurants nearby. Fabri, his husband and their cat Gatteo are awesome. Strongly recommend!

It was such a lovely experience to stay at this place! Fabrizio and Alessandro are very friendly, kind, and welcoming with a big smile! The location is amazing in terms of the access to the city centre. This area is not noisy, which I was surprised! On top of that, Gatteo (their cat) is the best! I highly recommend here! And I definitely come back to Munich!
