Simple room (usually my home office area) only 12 minutes away from Munich Central Train Station in Säbenerstrasse (Bayern Munich’s HQ).

The street is traditional Munich, with a lot of green spaces, safe and even has a semi-private garden alley way.

Kindly note that parking (if you need one for your car) is public in Munich and cannot be reserved in advance. There are also dedicated streets for tourists (can be ********d for additional details) as some areas are reserved for locals who pay monthly public parking rates.

I lived in Berlin ********) and now in Munich (since Jan 2020) so I can provide tips/advice on your travel.

I’ve also traveled a lot around the world (75+ countries so far), was an Expat/lived in Toronto ********) and Cincinnati ********), and can share some tips on my previous travels if you are interested.

The street is mainly a residential area although very close to Mitte (15 minutes away), Marienplatz (18 minutes away).

The apartment is only a minute away from the train station (U1, Wettersteinplatz station).

If you are a football fan, the Bayern Munchen HQ is on my street and just a few minutes walk from my apartment. The TSV 1860 Stadium and HQ are also both just <10mins walk from my home.

I’m very flexible and I live in a 3 room apartment in Munich. The living room (with all my travel artifacts and big 70 inch screen TV) and kitchen can be shared. The bathroom is also very clean and you can also use the bathtub if you like to relax your body after a long day of walking. No guests allowed in the apartment, even for short visits. Just let me know if you like to have some conversations/chats -- or -- would prefer to have a quiet/private stay - so I can prepare and host you accordingly.

Mark has a really cozy place in Munich, with easy access by trains. He was a wonderful host and incredibly patient with all my questions about getting around the city and making the most of my very limited time there. Thanks to his suggestions, I managed to pack a lot including a spa, a beach and the Oktoberfest. Only regret is that I didn't get to spend more time chatting with Mark, as he was busy with work during my stay. Hopefully I can make up for that the next time I'm in Munich.
