It is a quite and very cosy 20 square meters room, all in natural wood and with garden view!You have queen size bad, wardrobe & desk in the room, the bathroom is right across the Hall and Sauna, outside Pool, whirlpool, fast wi-fi,Crosstrainer, new Kirchen, living room with Projektor . The house, where my partner and I live together, has been recently renovated and it is located in the country side, 1hr Munich, 20min Regensburg, 20min Landshut, 45min Munich airport (with car or direct train connection). The house is really in the country side, so you can enjoy nature and relax
