Wake up to soft daylight bouncing off the water. My home sits right on the Bilderdijkgracht, a quiet corner canal in Amsterdam's lively Oud-West neighborhood. The flat is full of light all day long, with a generous open living and dining area that looks straight out onto the canal, easily one of my favorite spots to start the morning with coffee or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening. Your room is comfortable and private, with a proper double bed for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you're perfectly placed: steps from Bilderdijkstraat and the buzzing food stalls of Foodhallen, a 10-minute bike ride or 30-minute canal-side stroll to the city center, and about 20 minutes on foot to Vondelpark or Centrum. There's also a tram stop right outside the door, getting you downtown in 15 minutes flat. I live here with my partner, and we'll be sharing the common spaces with you. Think of it less like a rental and more like staying with friends who happen to have a great canal view. We love meeting new people passing through the city, so if that sounds like your kind of stay, send a short note about yourself and your trip along with your request. No parties, no guests and no loud music is allowed in the house. You will have your own set of keys so you can come and go whenever during your stay. However, I would request you to please be as quite as possible in the common spaces after 11pm.

We had a really great stay here over the weekend! The location was perfect, right in the city, which made traveling around Amsterdam very easy, especially getting to and from the Johan Cruijff Arena area for the concert. Anuraag was extremely warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The place itself was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We both really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it!

Anuraag and Lorena were great hosts. They were always available if I had questions and made check in/out super easy. The loft bedroom is very cute and comfy. The location was perfect for a real experience beyond the tourist areas. Loved my stay.

A great room in a lovely apartment, with a view to enjoy with your morning coffee! Anuraag, is a wonderful host and was very accommodating, friendly and knew all the great spots to eat and hangout. Apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable enough!
