Monumental luxurious accommodation in center of Amsterdam, very quiet

Just 50 meters from Amsterdam Dam Square (what is considered to be the central point in Amsterdam) we are offering an accommodation on the top floor (third) of our unique historic storage house, built in 1737.

It is located in the heart of Amsterdam and within walking distance from the train station (Central Station 5 minutes walking distance), shopping streets, museums, bars and restaurants, musicals, etc. It is the perfect location for sure!! This is a street where origins go back well before 1342, Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, the oldest city walls of Amsterdam.

We are offering a completely renovated bedroom, a living room with tv/dvd, a minibar, a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, bath and a 2 persons Hot Tub. If you book for three persons, the living room is also the sleeping room for the third person. This is all for your PRIVATE use in our house. In fact you will be renting the whole third floor of our house! so that will give you a lot of privacy. There is wireless internet throughout our house. All is included in the price.

Although the guesthouse is very centrally located, the accommodation is very quiet.

Breakfast is not included in the price as we do not serve breakfast. But there are many nice breakfast locations in the close neighborhood of the guesthouse (for example a basic breakfast for EUR 2,- p.p. before 10.00 hour.
