Steps to bike rental, metro line, tram stops give you access to the entire city, not to mention great restaurants and gyms nearby; Friendly, relaxed, and very open minded host who can give you great tips on Amsterdam - whether it be museums, restaurants, gay parties/bars/saunas, and day excursions...
Secluded balcony for relaxing after a long day of site-seeing... Also a lift for those of you who hate climbing stairs :)
