Private studio in17th century house in the middle of the historic centre of Utrecht in the heart of Holland. The kitchen and bathroom are situated on the second and third floor, there is a balcony and a garden.
Deze heerlijke rustige plek in een monumentale woning uit 1695 in de binnenstad van Utrecht is op loopafstand van het station en ingericht met hedendaags design. We had a great time at Jelle's, even though we were actually only there to sleep. The room is spacious, sometimes a bit noisy because it's an old but very beautiful house.

Studio at Jelle house was simple but cozy at the very centre of Utrecht, and very quiet at night. There are those funny typical dutch staircases from the old times!. The house is conveniently surrounded by cafés and restaurants. And at a sort walk to the cathedral and well conected with Utrecht Centraal by bus. Jelle himself is a very kind and helpful guy.

We had a wonderful time at Jelle's place. Everything was as described or better. Location is great and quiet, still very central so that we did everything walking. The house is very old and typical for the Netherlands, which made our stay even more authentic! We loved the bathroom en suite and the spacious room with all necessary amenities! Jelle was always reachable and up for a nice chat and conversation. Heartfelt thanks for the lovely time in Utrecht and see you next time!!!

It was amazing experience in the center of the city - separate room with toilet on the first floor in Jelle's apartment, very close to supermarket, cafes/ bars, walking distance to the central station. Very clean and cozy inside, calm 24/7 with view to the back yard/terrace. Highly recommended!

It was very nice to stay at Jelle's place, the room is super nice and very quiet at night. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious. Jelle is a very gentle and polite guy, too, and the location couldn't be more central. I can very much recommend to stay at Jelle's.
