Spacious and cosy Apartment, Amsterdam-South Olympic Area

Better than expected. Perfectly location in between the airport and the city center. The house was great and the area was quite. Erwin is super, made sure I understood the house and really made me feel at home. Super easy to get around as your 2-3 mins from trams and busses. I would absolutely stay here again

Erwin is such a lovely guy. He is very responsive and his place is in a really nice location to get anywhere you want in Amsterdam. His place is thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and cozy with lots of character and looks even better than the pictures posted.. Public transportation (tram, bus) is right across the street. I will certainly stay here again when in Amsterdam!

Erwin was a great host. It was easy to communicate with him and he was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was easy to get to from the airport. It was also easy to go into and from the central parts of Amsterdam. The area is nice and the apartment is cozy, with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed sunny mornings.

Very warm welcome from Erwin and the apartment is very well equipped with a comfortable bed. A stone's throw from transport, grocery stores, restaurants etc. I recommend without hesitation

Erwin was a special host, very kind and friendly and always willing to help us. We had an excellent experience at his place, the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and well-located. We also really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out, which made things much easier for us. On top of that, the price was very good for what it offers. Very convenient apartment close to all public transport (tram, bus, metro). Approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet with services and restaurants. Finally, Erwin is a friendly person and very available for any clarification. Definitely recommendable.

Erwin was a wonderful host. He was very responsive during our stay, giving recommendations of Amsterdam when asked. The flat is very groovy, our second time staying. And super close to city by bike and train.

Bright and pleasant apartment in a lively neighborhood while being away from downtown tourist overcrowding (easily accessible by public transport and even on foot). The bed is very comfortable. Erwin has great taste in decoration (the apartment looks better in person than in the photos) and is a very responsive host for organizing the stay.
