Cosy Apartment, Amsterdam-South Olympic Area

I had great experience staying at this place. The area is calm and safe, very close to bus and tram stops, and in a couple of minutes walk to metro station, which makes it easy to get around and explore the city. Inside the apartment is always clean, and a lot of natural light brightens the apartment, thanks to its large windows and door on the front and back sides of the apartment. Communication with Erwin was easy and smooth. He tells you where to go, places to visit, things to do on a given day, and he gives you directions to anyplace you want to go. Plus, he made me tea whenever he would make coffee for himself while I am at the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is a well equipped apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to many tram, train and subway stops, so travelling to the city center is very easy and convenient. Erwin is a very thoughtful, helpful and accommodating host, with good suggestions about Amsterdam and surroundings. 5/5 experience, would recommend!

The appartement is as described, very well located in the city, very good neighborhood, the flat is clean and comfortable. Erwin is a lovely guest, flexible, very welcoming with an easy communication. I certainly recommend this place :-)

I only stayed briefly but it's a Confortable bed in a cosy room. The place is clean and Erwin is friendly and helpful.

Erwin was an amazing host! From the clear communication to his help with my very late check in due to my delayed flight, he was always ready to help! His place is very close to every type of transportation, stores and restaurants cozy, comfortable, clean and with amazing decoration, perfect for both a long or smaller stay. I felt comfortable the minute I entered Erwins flat. He was very friendly and helpful, especially with finding the right tram /metro - we got on with each other very well! So I highly recommend Erwin as a host, he made my short stay in Amsterdam even more perfect!

I had a lovely stay with Erwin who is conveniently located in Olympic Stadium area. His apartment is clean and he is gracious, warm accomodating as a host. The metro station is only a short walk which can take you in central area in 20 minutes. The bed is so comfy i had the best nights sleep. He offers coffee and is wonderful to converse with. I totally recommend staying with Erwin.
