The spacious bedroom, 14 M2, has a amazing view over the Stadionplein - square . The apartment features a lovely lounge area at the front side ( with a small balcony ). A spacious dining room at the backside in total of 50 M2. We share the kitchen and small bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances as a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge. At the backside of apartment there is a 7 M2 sunny terrace ( location south ).
The Stadionbuurt area has many cosy cafes and restaurants such as Restaurant ZUID, NENI, Vascobello or Mr. Sam Asian Bistro. Go to the Marqt or the Albert Heijn ( just 100 meters away ) and the many shops on Beethovenstraat for your daily shopping.
The Vondelpark, Amsterdamse Bos and the Beatrixpark are nearby, as are various recreational areas and sports facilities.
This is a very convenient location with regard to the Amsterdam Zuid WTC railway station which offers a direct and fast connection to Schiphol. Excellent accessibility to the city center by tram and bus. The A-10 ring can be reached within a few minutes.
