You are welcome to share my apartment (90m2, 6th floor, elevator, park view on both sides) in the green tranquil and safe southeren part of Amsterdam. Feel at home away from home! Your private bedroom has a balcony with views of a monumental park (Gijsbrecht van Aemstelpark) and skyline of the Zuidas (financial district, see pics please). You will of course be provided with clean sheet, blanket(s), towel and pillow(s). Under your comfortable bed there are two huge drawers to store away your luggage etc. I also have a quooker (boiling water tap) in the kitchen, so you're welcome to make instant coffee and tea 24 h a day. There is also a cold drink in the fridge for you! You may also use my Nespresso coffee machine with your own favourite capsules. Downtown Amsterdam is easily to be reached by tram ******** for all major tourist attractions, or metro ******** for other interesting attractions, both in ca. 20 min., depending on where you want to go. There is also a bike path from the apartment right into downtown (ca. 15 min. to Museum Square). There're lots of parking spaces in front of the apartment and relatively cheap (on Sunday and from 19 p.m. - 09 a.m. even free) I will be glad to provide you with tips for Amsterdam and The Netherlands in general.

Hello and welcome to my beautiful city of Amsterdam! My name is Uzi, am 66 year-old gay guy, born in Israel, but have lived in the Netherlands for over 35 years. I am a teacher and translator, love travelling, people of ALL races, religions and nationalities, culture and nature. Besides the languages mentioned I can speak Dutch, Hebrew, some German and (Tunisian) Arabic. You are welcome to share my beautiful clean apartment in the safe, green southern part of Amsterdam. There is a quooker (boiling water tap 24/7), so you are welcome to have coffee or tea whenever you like. You may also use my Nespresso coffee machine with your own favourite capsules. There are also a washing machine and a dryer that you may use. I will be glad to provide you with tips for Amsterdam and the Netherlands! :)

Amsterdam-Zuid railway station is nearby and from there you’ll be able to visit any place outside Amsterdam. I’ll be glad to give you tips where to go. I highly recommend Uzi. He is a great host. He reached out before my arrival to check in then gave me directions to his place. Ask him to take you to the windmill where Rembrandt painted. It's within walking distance.

Uzi is a very friendly host and is happy to give advice on the locality. His flat is located within easy walking distance to the Metro for a quick journey into the city. The room is small with a single bed, but has its own balcony facing the park.

Uzi was an amazing host — super kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is beautiful, with stunning green views on both sides, and the private balcony was perfect to relax and calm down after a day in Amsterdam. I had a very pleasant stay at Uzi's place for four nights. He is an incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming host who really goes the extra mile – from great local tips to even sharing a visit to the Riekermolen and the Pure Markt at Amstelpark, which made the experience extra special. The room is small but perfectly fine for a short stay, clean, bright, and equipped with everything you need. I especially enjoyed the little balcony - being on the the sixth floor it has an awesome view overlooking the green surroundings. The apartment is located in a quiet area with good public transport connections, making it easy to get around Amsterdam, even if it's not right in the city center. Overall, a great stay – especially thanks to Uzi as a host. I would happily stay here again.
