the guest will have access to the single bed bedroom, (door without a lock), with a shared balcony and shared bathroom. the apartment will be shared with me and my partner. the kitchen can be used for tea/coffee. to reach the apartment there is a quite steep stair to climb, as in all the typical old buildings of amsterdam.
the guest will be requested to provide me with an identification document because of recently introduced new rules by the city hall.
