I live in a modern building really good isolated building in a quiet residential area, so it is very quiet in the night. There's a lot of local small shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can get good food for budget prices, on contrary to the Centre.
It will take you about a quarter to get to the Centre by bike. Uber/Bolt normally costs around 10 euro.
Talking about safety for rainbow people, I have a rainbow flag hanging outside.
