Hi there,
I live in an apartment with two spacious sleeping rooms. The room can fit till max. 4 guests . The bed arrangement would be: 2 people on double bed, 1 person on mattress, 1 person on air mattress/ couch at livingroom. The apartment is located on the fifth floor (top floor with access by elevator) with a big balcony and nice view to the lake. By walking you will see different kind of shops and also one big traditional market within 5 minutes walking.
For traveler who comes by car, only with advanced notice, I could help to arrange a parking spot from my neighbor with a cheaper price. A standard breakfast (like milk, tea/coffee, cereal, fruits, bread) is included.
I would be happy to inform you with many touristic and gay-related tips. Some flyers are available. And when I have spare time, I would not mind to join you for sight-seeing too.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

- This is a normal apartment, so please no parties :)
- No children (0-12 years) allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- You can smoke only on the balcony and not inside the apartment. And please always try to be quite in order to prevent unwanted issues with neighbours.
- No fried and wet foods are allowed inside the room. You can always use the dining table and livingroom if you want to eat.
- 'Shoes-off' policy is applied when you inside the apartment.
- 'No standing-pee' policy is applied in order to keep the hygienic of the toilet.
- Other visitors outside the reservation are not allowed without early notice and permission.
- I'd really expect from my guests that they will keep the place as clean as possible like at the moment when they got in.
- 'Clothing Optional': it is accepted, but not at livingroom and balcony since it might not be convenient for some neighbors.
