"I had an absolutely wonderful stay with Martin and Damian! They were fantastic hosts: present, warm, friendly, and great communicators. I really appreciated how they tailored their level of interaction to suit what I was after (i.e., I was keen to chat and hang out when I was there, but they will also give space if that's what people want). The house is beautiful and spacious, with a divine pool area that was perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons and evenings. Breakfast was delicious, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt completely welcomed and looked after. I'll definitely be back!"

"Martin and Damian were fantastic hosts. Considerate and friendly. The place has two rooms each with their own bathroom, and the one I booked was spacious, with everything I needed. The pool was excellent and the clothing optional policy was relaxed and respectful. Public transport nearby to get into the city -- takes a little time, but still very accessible (and only 50c fares which is amazing). Was lovely to stay in a place with such a chill, community vibe."

"Michael and Tim were fabulous hosts. The house was cozy and peaceful, with a spectacular view whether it's a clear day or a cloudy. The included breakfast was generous and delicious, and beautifully presented each morning."

"Rod was kindly available last minute to host me. His house is clean, and has a vintage feel with many art objects. Shoes are left by the front door. In the winter, you heat your room individually with a column heater, rather than central heating. The bed is modestly sized, with an electric blanket. Closet space is available but limited. There are excellent shops a short walk away, and it is not too far from city by bus. Rod was accommodating to offer tea and coffee, and use of the laundry."

"Alan and Stan are exceptional hosts and made us feel welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was impeccably clean and our bed comfortable. Their home is homely and their garden a delight. Their salt water pool was wonderful after a full on busy day and great to freshen up. Alan cooked a delicious vegetarian evening meal and we thoroughly enjoyed both the food and convivial conversation. To top off our stay Stan prepared a delicious healthy breakfast and in twelve short hours we left feeling as though we had met two great men who felt like long term friends. "David and Syd are two sweethearts and staying with them was such a treat! They were super welcoming and made me feel right at home from the start. My room was super comfy, and I slept like a baby every night. The view from the verandah is breathtaking, and the garden and pool are just perfect for chilling out. Uki is super cute too—such friendly people and lovely surroundings to explore. Can't wait to come back! Thanks, David and Syd, for making it such a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spotless and our room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom and entrance. Such a great location, Walking distance to the beach and an awesome cafe/bar. We enjoyed the local wineries and hot springs, and would highly recommend for a weekend getaway."

"Joe was an amazing host, friendly and easy going. We enjoyed a number of meals together and shared free flowing conversation. Privacy was also afforded when wanted and the room and bathroom were spotless, and very comfortable. Off-street parking and easy access to public transport made this a perfect location. "Had a great stay with 2 exceptional hosts Mauricio and Luke who made you feel welcome from the very first moment of meeting them. If you want privacy or the option to spend time with the hosts this is the place . Hence why a 5* review as you read on.. The location, free parking and description of the apartment were the first things we looked for with having our own private bathroom being next to the bedroom. Both immaculately clean and the bedroom has a very comfy bed and plenty of hanging space and even a desk if you need. The whole apartment was immaculate and having the option to use the kitchen was useful and sharing the living space with the guys was nice as well as having your own privacy too. Having the clothing optional is just that no pressure too if you don’t but suits me as that’s who I am lol We loved the enclosed balcony space which has large open windows with great views over the river where the guys offered to have a wine and asked if there was anything we wanted to know about the city. They recommended a great place to eat and go to for entertainment after. Offered a cooked Brekki in the morning which’s was delish and asked if needed anything else before leaving Definitely will be staying here next trip to Brisbane as why look to stay somewhere else when everything ticked all the boxes Thanks again for an amazing welcoming stay and look forward to the next one.
