"Very good apartment with a nice terrace. It is in a good location next to 2 metro lines and bus/tram stops, you can easily reach the city centre in 15 minutes. The apartment was very clean and the host is super friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!"

"I had a wonderful stay in Graz. The apartment was in excellent condition, perfectly located, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Chris was a fantastic host who made sure I felt truly welcome in both the city and his flat. On my last day, he even took the time to show me a nearby lake, which was a lovely touch and made the stay even more memorable."

"Great, cozy accommodation with a wonderful host :-) Gerhard is a very warm and lovely person, we had a very nice and pleasant time with him. In addition to many conversations over delicious coffee, we also did activities together and went around the city with him. Gerhard has very good recommendations regarding breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Vienna's city center on foot. The bedroom is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. We will definitely stay with him again."

The only 'drawback': I don't think the listing necessarily conveys the 'hostel charm' that the apartment definitely has and that I appreciate – still, I believe it could be mentioned more explicitly. Additionally, I received my access details very late, even though I asked for them earlier. In the end, everything was great, so definitely worth recommending.
