Hello, I offer my guests - A private room in a 92 m2 Viennese-style apartment in an old building, very quiet and bright (with elevator), close to the historic center, well served by public transport (Bus, Trams, Metro), close to shops, and for one or two people (1 very comfortable 180 cm wide bed for 1 or 2 people with 2 separate 90 cm mattresses). A set of towels (one bath towel and one normal towel, a bathrobe and shower products are available). - The bathroom (two washbasins + one shower-bath), WC and living room are to be shared with me. - the use of the kitchen is possible for small "en cas", reheating dishes and putting products or refreshments in the fridge. - I am a naturist, and naturism can be practiced throughout the apartment, but there is no obligation to do so. - Breakfast is included (one hot drink (coffee or tea), 2 slices of toast, butter or margarine, 1 homemade jam, 1 orange juice). -A more complete and copious breakfast is also available on request, with a supplement to be paid on site: (1 hot drink (coffee or tea), milk, bread or 4 slices of toast, butter or margarine, homemade jam, honey, orange juice, 1 pastry, 1 cold cut, 1 cheese, 1 muesli, 1 yoghurt, 1 egg (boiled or hard-boiled, dried or fresh fruit) at €15. (Most products are organic). A vegetarian-only breakfast is also available for €10 (coffee or tea, orange juice, plant milk, toast, plant margarine, muesli, jam, dried or fresh fruit). For a full vegetarian breakfast, please request it as soon as possible after booking or on arrival, especially for breakfast on the first day. WIFI access is available throughout the apartment (code available in the room). The apartment is completely non-smoking! I'll be happy to give you all the information you need about gay places and things not to miss in Vienna (map and gay guide to Vienna are also available). Eve's house was filled with many memories and was lovely and beautiful. I could see the church from the window. She prepared breakfast for me every morning and was very considerate of my privacy.

My stay was really good, lovely room, good bed, nice and clean, very nice with good connection with public traffic, and a mega good host, Yves provides great help with everything and you feel really welcome! Yes is a great host. His apartment is wonderful old Wienna charm and romance. Easy walkable to the city centre of Wienna and all transport facilities in 2 minute walk away.

When I saw the pictures on the app I said I want something feels like home unlike hotels. The flat turned out to be even better than the pictures. Yves is an incredible and so kind person, helped me to get around and recommended places of interest. If you want to stay in Vienna I highly recommend to give it a try and you will understand what I mean. Mr Francois I'm sure if I'm ever coming back to Vienna I won't look for anywhere else.
