In my modern and fully air-conditioned attic apartment 2 quiet courtyard non smoking guest rooms, each 15 square meters, on the 6th floor with elevator for rent; Smoking is permitted on the 50m2 roof terrace or the balcony in front of the guest rooms. Price per room (1 up to 2 guests) including breakfast. Kitchen and wellness bathroom in shared use. Only 3 stops from the city center and Gay Aerea. , Next stop: Rennweg (S-Bahn) and Hauptbahnhof as well as Südtiroler Platz (U1). The host speaks German, English and French.

Franz's roof top apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show! Very walkable to old town and the main attractions Vienna has to offer. Franz is filled with local knowledge and he's incredibly helpful and friendly, definitely consult him to refine your travel plan! We really enjoyed he's hospitality and would stay at his place again should we come back to Vienna.

Staying at Franz's was really lovely. Franz is very kind and pleasant, he makes you feel at ease and loves to chat. The house is cozy and well located. I enjoyed staying there and I hope to be able to come back soon.

Franz is very charming, gentle and always eager-to-help host. The place is very comfortable, the apartment is modern, spacious and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, I enjoyed a lot the home-made yoghurt and various jams. Franz also was very helpful in suggesting where to go, where to eat out as well as gay places. I am looking forward to see Franz and stay at his place again and again.
