About the apartment: There is an "apartment" available in the apartment. If you come alone, you have a single room with a bed and a living room to yourself and can therefore completely withdraw. If there are two or three of you, you will have a single room and a converted living room with a double sofa bed as a living area. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared.

no smoking No visitors over night please be normal loudnes after 10pm due to living in a normal living compartment building When leaving the apartment: turn off lights and all electric devices close the windows lock the flat door AC: you are welcome to use it to cool down the rooms. Please open the windows at night instead of using the ac when its colder outdoors. Heating: The apartment has a central heating system. The temperature is set and controlled from the living room. Please dont leave the windows open during the winter time to cool the rooms. Just tell me if you want it colder. Due to the drastic increase of energy prices, please be mindful of these rules. This way i can still have reasonable prices for the stay. Thank you

Dominik was exceptionally hospitable. The apartment on the fourth floor was faultless, with lots of light, a great location near the centre. Highly recommended.

Dominik is so generous with his space and all the little amenities to make it comfortable and enjoyable - the guidebooks, the drinks, the air conditioning and fan, the robe. He really goes the extra mile for his guests. I very much enjoyed getting to know him better over dinner and drinks. Vienna is a dream. I can't wait to come back to stay with him again and explore even more of his city. Highly recommended!
