Welcome to Vienna and my beautiful apartment in an old Viennese building near the City Hall. Feel at home in the spacious, bright and quiet private room with a comfortable bed, closet and armchair to relax in. I like to enjoy an espresso/drink or a meal with my guests in the living/dining room to get to know each other. In summer also on the balcony with garden view (smoking is allowed on the balcony).
Free coffee/tea in the morning. On request, I can prepare a delicious dinner with wine accompaniment.
Most sights are within walking distance, very good connection to public transportation (streetcar 2 and 46, bus 13A, subway U2 & U6). Nice bakeries, cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood.
If you want to explore Vienna by bike, just take my bike or rent a city bike around the corner. My gym with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and pool is nearby (24€ day pass if you accompany me).
