The whole apartment may be shared by you! Living centrally near the main train station and about 10 minutes by tram to the center! Offer fkk and textile accommodation! Graz has many museums and a great old town and the Schlossberg is the landmark of the city In 2009, Graz was the cultural capital of Austria! That's why we also have the Mur island in the river that goes through Graz as a floating restaurant! Friendly welcome. Very high proportion of foreigners in the area. Nothing to complain about at the accommodation, except no TV available.

Christian was an excellent host, very kind and has offered information on many interesting places to see and visit during our holiday. His communication was excellent, very helpful and did everyting he could to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

I had a wonderful stay in Graz. The apartment was in excellent condition, perfectly located, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Chris was a fantastic host who made sure I felt truly welcome in both the city and his flat. On my last day, he even took the time to show me a nearby lake, which was a lovely touch and made the stay even more memorable.

The experience was great even though it wasn't what I expected. I think the apartment description needs to be better. I expected a separate mini apartment. I don't think I need to be in an individual apartment.

Chris is the greatest host ever! He's very attentive, easy going and flexible, and does all to make you feel at home. His apartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean with all you could ask for - even a sauna! The location is also great, trams, shops are nearby but all is still quiet. Thank you for the nice memories, Chris, can't wait to return!

Christian is a very open-minded and easygoing host with lots of energy. The bedroom was quite large and he shared the whole apartment. Things were arranged easily. To be recommended

Chris is an exceptionally kind and reliable person who cares deeply about making his guests feel comfortable. He picked me up at the train station at my request, which I found very accommodating. Due to the very 🔥 weather, he offered to take me to a wonderful lake for swimming. I truly enjoyed this every day and many thanks, Chris, for this kindness. It's not a given! I can highly recommend staying with Chris. Chris, see you next time....
