"Location, location, location. If you want to explore as much of the city in as little time as possible, this is the spot. Surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable and the bus rapid transit station across the street connects you to the rest of Medellin's excellent public transport system. The 24h bakery at the base of the building has excellent "tinto". Bring ******** for the bakery and to reload the transit card. Also easy to hail app-based rideshares in the area if you prefer that. My check-in occurred late at night due to my flight, but the hosts were responsive, friendly and accommodating. The building has 24h security and controlled access. The hosts gave good advice on what to see and do in the area. Reliable WiFi internet connection to stay connected and do any necessary work. The house cat is very sweet. I'd highly recommend for solo travelers or anyone who is new to Medellin."

"We loved this apartment, it was roomy and super convenient, with lots of storage to put away things, well furnished and equipped. Mario was very responsive, and we had no issues getting checked in with reception (though I'll note that i speak Spanish which was helpful). The building is new and well managed, and we felt safe coming in and out at night since there's a person in reception 24/7. No excessive street noise. The area was great and convenient (super close to Theatron, Bear Love, and a host of other LGBT venues), but it's very commercial. We felt safe enough, but always exercise caution with phones and valuables. Highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!"

"Overall everything was good, the place is very secure which is appreciated. The only downside was that upon my arrival (early morning) my reservation wasn't ready and things got a bit complicated. After that, the internet wasn't working but it was resolved the next day. A microwave oven would be missing."
