• Gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, coffee grinder, French press and V60. (perfect for a great coffee experience). 1 dishwasher. 1 Shared Fridge, 1 oven.

I like you to feel at home, so feel free to enjoy the place, but also respect our neighbors, so we like to keep it quiet it after 11pm on week days and midnight on the weekend.
- No pets.
- No eating or drinking colored drinks (like red wine or Coffee) in the living room or in the bedroom. I already learned that the hard way with a guest.
- Visitors authorized.
- No party or loud music at the apartment. It is residential building, we must respect.
• NO SMOKING! NO DRUGS. I am a cancer survivor and I love healthy environment.
• Linens are included on all beds.
• Amenities include free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
• 1 Bedroom include a queen bed and the office has a sofabed (for a total of 4). Sleep 2 more on the living room sofa. With one full bathroom and one half-bath, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the slopes or taking a trip into Medellín.
