I like you to feel at home, so feel free to enjoy the place, but also respect our neighbors, so we like to keep it quiet it after 11pm on week days and midnight on the weekend. - No pets. - No eating or drinking colored drinks (like red wine or Coffee) in the living room or in the bedroom. I already learned that the hard way with a guest. - Visitors authorized. - No party or loud music at the apartment. It is residential building, we must respect. • NO SMOKING! NO DRUGS. I am a cancer survivor and I love healthy environment. • Linens are included on all beds. • Amenities include free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. • Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom. • 1 Bedroom include a queen bed and the office has a sofabed (for a total of 4). Sleep 2 more on the living room sofa. With one full bathroom and one half-bath, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the slopes or taking a trip into Medellín.

Santiago is a great guy, it's been a super experience staying in his apartment, the view is spectacular, you feel like you're at home, everything is very clean, the bed is super comfortable, it's definitely the best place to stay in the El Poblado area for rooms, he's been a very good host and now I can say I have a new friend in Medellín. I highly recommend it

Santiago's place is the perfect place to explore Medellín. Very nicely furnished with killer views of the city. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk to the local gay watering holes. On top of it, Santiago is a super nice and kind person. Would recommend anyone to stay at his place.

I had a great experience at Santiago s apartment. He is a very nice, sweet and polite person who made me feel like at home. He was also helpful giving tips on what to do in the city and areas around. The apartment is great. It's large, the views are amazing and it is very close to everything, from supermarkets and restaurants, to the amazing Provenza party area. I would definitely recommend staying at Santiago.s place.

The whole experience was great. Santiago is a good host, very kind and easygoing. The apartment is nice, well decorated, the bed is really comfy, the environment is calm and the view is incredible. Fully recommended!
