"Abbiamo trovato l’alloggio pulito, comodo e ben attrezzato con una bella vista in lontananza su Montmartre. Si trova molto in alto in un palazzo con sicurezza, quindi ci siamo sempre sentiti tranquilli. La zona ha anche delle sue attrazioni vicine (imperdibile il Parco di Buttes-Chaumont), la stazione della metro è vicinissima e questo ha reso gli spostamenti molto comodi, soprattutto nei giorni di pioggia. L’appartamento offre tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno: frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, bagno e doccia. Abbiamo dormito su un divano letto molto comodo e facile da aprire e chiudere. L’host è stato gentile, disponibile e molto premuroso: rispondeva rapidamente e si preoccupava del nostro benessere anche a distanza, tanto che a volte ci dimenticavamo di aggiornare noi stessi sul nostro stato. Il check-in è stato facilissimo grazie a un suo amico che ci ha accolto. Per noi questa è stata la prima esperienza con Misterb&b e devo dire che ha rispettato completamente le nostre aspettative: sicurezza, consigli friendly e attenzione per una coppia gay. Pur essendo Parigi generalmente sicura e accogliente, sapere di poter contare su suggerimenti affidabili è stato molto utile. Inoltre la zona ha diversi locali aperti anche di notte, perfetti per uno spuntino dell’ultimo minuto. Un piccolo appunto: in casa non c’era il phon né lo shampoo, ma assolutamente nulla che abbia davvero compromesso la nostra esperienza. Lo abbiamo notato solo perché ha piovuto davvero tanto! In generale consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio e se avremo occasione torneremo volentieri: tranquillità, comodità, rispetto e attenzione sono tutte qualità che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. "A truly wonderful host! He did everything to make me feel at home. He was very engaging to chat with and always willing to share tips on where to go and what to see. And I didn't feel like a guest or a stranger, but rather as if I was staying with a good friend. The apartment isn't large, but everything is exactly as pictured and described - absolutely comfortable. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station."

Special mention for the cat with whom you can also very easily chat, talk about anything and everything. Note that the location is really ideal, 5 minutes on foot from the train station and 10 from Place du Capitole. I highly recommend it ;)"

"It was fantastic! The location is awesome: right infront of railway station (1,5 min). the flat is cute, quite (no train noise) and clean. Cristobal (the host) is a very nice, educated, polite and interesting guy. Can recommend 'sharing downtown studio' with no doubt."

"We really enjoyed staying in Philippe's apartment and immediately felt at home on arrival. The mezzanine level was private and cosy and we had full access to the living area and terrace. I loved the terrace and spent a lot of time there early morning for coffee, for dinner or for a chat with my travel partner and with Philippe. He gave us some good recommendations. The apartment is right in the centre of Bohemian and lively Cours Julien and close to all places of interest, restaurants and bars. Also very close to the Metro station and a easy walk to the Main station. It was a great experience staying in Cours Julien. Philippe is a very good host, very genuine, kind and helpful and we will highly recommend you guys staying with him. We had some nice chats with him Our week-long stay with him gets a full five stars."
