It was fantastic! The location is awesome: right infront of railway station (1,5 min). the flat is cute, quite (no train noise) and clean. Cristobal (the host) is a very nice, educated, polite and interesting guy. Can recommend 'sharing downtown studio' with no doubt.

Super welcome and very nice apartment, great location right across from the train station! Cristobal is a charming and welcoming host who shared a breakfast with us. Too bad my stay was so short. I recommend!

My stay at Cristophe and Nicolas's apartment was very pleasant. They welcomed me by offering me dinner. The apartment is small but equipped with all comforts and privacy is still respected. It is located near the station and therefore close to Nice's shopping center and not far from the sea. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. I recommend it.

Thank you so much for the directions upon arrival and your communication throughout my stay. I received a very warm welcome, we had dinner together and were able to chat about our respective travels, I noted down a few places to visit! ;-) The apartment is very well laid out, very clean, ideally located at the foot of the train station, the tram and therefore just 5 minutes from the old Nice and the beach! Thank you again and hope to see you soon.

2 night at Cristobal's place but we have created beautiful memories along with his friends, Frank, Nicolas, Gabriel and Teddy. They are nice and passionate, surely I'd come back again. À bientôt mon amis!

Christophe and Nicholas are perfect hosts.. opening their home and their hearts to fellow travelers.. the apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location near the main station in Nice is very convenient.. the bed was big and super comfortable.. It was excatly like spending a weekend with good friends.. they are magnificent and kind hosts.. I recomend either of their Mr B&B apartments unreservedly..

The location is convenient because it is in front of the Nice ville station. the apartment is small but cozy, clean and sunny and positive energy. Cristobal and Nicola are friendly and jovial and I would stay home from friends forever. I tried a massage by expert hands as Cristophe, good food from Nico and his good advice for the future by reading the cards (it is a good fortune teller) in an unusual way the closing of the holiday. I recommend this solution although it is a bit pricey for what it offers

Very nice & friendly hosts. The apartment offers a youth hostel experience. I found "Mezzanine" translated as "in-between floor." For me it was a loft bed. No door to close, no walls, you sleep on top with about 1m to the ceiling and the other two sleep about 1.80m below you. You're in one room with no privacy. You have to be willing to accept that. It's very central. For solo travelers it's relatively expensive for ******** offered.
