I'm delighted to welcome you back to my beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice.
The apartment is air-conditioned. It is 52m2. It is located 2 steps from everything and 15 min from the sea. Its proximity to the train station, yet in a quiet street, means that unusual, wild and/or naturist places can be reached in just a few minutes.
As a native of Nice, I'm happy to share all my good addresses, because meeting new people is always a pleasure.
The apartment is shared. Travelers enjoy the bedroom with balcony. Owners sleep in the living room. Shared bathroom and toilet. Welcome to Nice!
Guest access :
The apartment is located 2 min from the main train station on a street perpendicular to the main avenue ( so no noise ). It is on the 4th floor of an old building with a southern view of the city.
Guest interaction:
Visit, recommendation and discount/privileged access in therapeutic practice and/or home. Traditional and customized massage (pain prevention and relaxation). Breakfast and/or dinner also available at extra charge

The shared apartment with me is located in the heart of the city, opposite direct access to the main train station and its multimodal platform (cabs, buses, blue bikes). On foot, you'll be on :
- The main street in 5 minutes
- The traditional "Malausséna" market in 10 min.
- The old town and beaches in 20 minutes. It's close to all amenities, the popular district and its restaurants (the best value for money is the "nissart traveler") and snacks / fast food. The Athéna theater is just one street away.
Transportation :
Train from airport > Gare st Augustin ( train ) > Gare Nice Ville in 20 min .
Streetcar from airport > Jean médecin station > apartment in 45 min.
By train and bus, you can travel to :
- East: Antibes, Cannes Festival (25min), Marseille ...
- West: Villefranche / mer, Eze, Monaco (30min)
- Inland: Grasse, St Paul de Vence and its ski resort (1h30)
