It was ok. Host nice. Room nice. Clean and comfortable.

Juan came to pick me up at the station. Everything is said. But I'll still make an effort to explain why these four days were exceptional. Juan is a goldmine of great tips about the Nice area: beaches, neighborhoods, history... He knows everything. But above all, he has that rare talent for making you feel at ease immediately. A perfect balance between discretion, availability, and natural conversation. His rooftop, his plants that he lovingly tends to, the small breakfasts on the terrace... everything contributes to a unique and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to Juan, I had a light, pleasant stay, almost outside of time. Meeting a host like him is priceless. He's cool, professional, without ever overdoing it. That's the magic.

We returned to Juan's place for the second time from 25 to 27/10/2024. It was a real pleasure again. Always welcomed with great warmth and a big smile. Juan is an outstanding host. We will be back. JP & Antoine

To begin with, communication was simple and fast. Juan who is both helpful and nice is a perfect host. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and air conditioning, private shower and shared toilet. The terrace is as big as it gets with sun all day and jacuzzi. Nice area and close to transport so easy to get around Nice. Highly recommended

This is my second time staying with Juan. He has refurbished the rooftop into an even more delightful space to relax in the beautiful sunshine for which Nice is known. Friendly, laid-back host who provides excellent touring advice and clear directions about transport.

Juan is friendly and very dedicated to his guests. His terrace is a haven of peace and greenery in a preserved neighborhood. I highly recommend his room with en-suite bathroom.

Even though my stay was very short and sightseeing plan quite tight - we have managed to have a little chit-chat here and there, Juan gave me plent of tips on where to go and what to do which I extremely, extremely appreciate! Juan is an amazing host and I will definitely take advantage of his generous hospitality hopefully in a near future and... when it will be hot enough to get the jaccuzzi working;) Thanks a million for having me at Your place!! Juan was very kind and helpful. He explained everything to me with great precision and detail. I felt immediately at ease and had a wonderful time. The area where Juan lives is a nice area and well-served. The apartment is very beautiful, equipped with all conveniences, clean and full of plants. The terrace is spacious, rich with plants and has a very beautiful view. I would definitely do this experience again without a doubt

There are wonderful, good, best hosts but wonderful is also not an appropriate adjective to describe Juan as a host. Juan is very attentive host. My flight was delayed & I arrived at midnight and he was waiting for me. He was communicative even before check-in. Juan's place is amazing, especially the terrace. His apartment is neat & clean and centrally located and the nice-ville station is 10 mins walk, tram station is 2 min away. Everything is nearby from his place. The breakfast was amazing. It's a place that gives you home-vibes.
