I rent the room in a 2 rooms of 50m2; I will sleep in the living room. Other rooms to share. Quiet location in Vieux Cannet, near Cannes (25mn walk from Rue d'Antibes) Bus near Avenue Carnot and for those who like to walk, it climbs a little😉 Naturism possible especially in summer... Be comfortable! Possibility of renting the apartment for 2 and in full during the Film Festival or other event.

Very welcoming apartment, impeccable (clean and well-organized, what a pleasure!), well-located (just a little climbing to get there!) and Ludo is super responsive and attentive. Highly recommendable, and recommended.

Ludo's place was 10 minutes away from downtown Cannes in Uber. Super convenient and very quiet. Ludo was such a gracious host, kind and fast in his response. The place is very clean, well decorated and charming. Look forward to staying there in my future visits to Cannes

The place is amazing - very clean and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ludo is such a great host - very warm and welcoming. I had a great stay and would highly recommend anyone traveling through Cannes

It was so much fun to meet Ludo and spend a cosy evening with him. His place is well located in a suburb of Cannes with shops and restaurants nearby. It is very tastefully furnished with a great balcony. And Ludo is just adorable, I hope to see him (and Cannes/Le Cannet) again soon.

Ludo's apartment is great, pleasant, bright, and quiet - you feel at home there. Moreover, Ludo is incredibly kind, very accommodating and thoughtful. My Cannes Festival was amazing thanks to all of that! I highly recommend!

Nicely maintained and comfortable apartment close to the center of Cannes. Excellent and pleasant communication by the owner, despite the fact that he was not present during my stay. Highly recommended.
