Welcome to Eric and Mario’s home under the southern sun. We offer two separate guest rooms in a comfortably furnished house (no stairs) with a garden and fenced-in property in the heart of the Var region, 45 km northwest of Saint-Tropez. Beautiful view of the wooded hill across the way. Covered patio and hot tub for 1 to 4 guests, plus various seating areas in the garden. In July and August, a small pool is set up.
The kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, and dining room, as well as the patio and garden, are shared. Free Wi-Fi. Free fenced-in parking. A French breakfast is included.
We recommend Room 1 PARIS, which sleeps 1 to 3 people and features a king-size double bed (200x200), a closet, and a TV. The bed is very comfortable, featuring two cold-foam memory-foam mattresses and slatted bed frames with two-point elastic supports.
We also have two small dogs living in the house. They are well-behaved and house-trained.
