Welcome to Eric and Mario’s home under the southern sun. We offer two separate guest rooms in a comfortably furnished house (no stairs) with a garden and fenced-in property in the heart of the Var region, 45 km northwest of Saint-Tropez. Beautiful view of the wooded hill across the way. Covered patio and hot tub for 1 to 4 guests, plus various seating areas in the garden. In July and August, a small pool is set up. The kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, and dining room, as well as the patio and garden, are shared. Free Wi-Fi. Free fenced-in parking. A French breakfast is included. We recommend Room 1 PARIS, which sleeps 1 to 3 people and features a king-size double bed (200x200), a closet, and a TV. The bed is very comfortable, featuring two cold-foam memory-foam mattresses and slatted bed frames with two-point elastic supports. We also have two small dogs living in the house. They are well-behaved and house-trained.

In the middle between Nice and Marseille near the A8 motorway, all places of the French Riviera and southern Provence can be reached quickly. Three airports are not far away: Toulon/Hyères, Nice/Côte d'Azur and Marseille/Provence. The nearest TGV station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, is only 18 km away. The beaches of Saint-Aygulf and Pampelonne are only 40 minutes away by car. The Verdon gorges are classified as a remarkable site and are among the places to visit as well as the listed abbey of Le Thoronet - the wonder of the Cistercian abbeys of Provence and the wilderness of the Plaine des Maures - the first nature reserve in the Var department. Eric is a great host. Great recommendations of beaches, restaurants and things to do in the area. So many varied and great places to explore with a radius of an hour. And Coco Loco is a relaxed home to get back to after a day out. Merci Eric!! Bises nues
