Welcome to Eric and Mario’s home under the southern sun. We offer two separate guest rooms in a comfortably furnished house (no stairs) with a garden and fenced-in property in the heart of the Var region, 45 km northwest of Saint-Tropez. Beautiful view of the wooded hill across the way. Covered patio and hot tub for 1 to 4 guests, plus various seating areas in the garden. In July and August, a small pool is set up. The kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, and dining room, as well as the terrace and garden, are shared. Free Wi-Fi. Free fenced-in parking. A French breakfast is included. We recommend Room 2 NIZZA, which features a 90x200 bunk bed. The bed is very comfortable, with a cold-foam mattress and a slatted bed frame with point-elastic support. We also live in the house with two small dogs. They are well-behaved and house-trained.

Three airports are not far away: Toulon/Hyères, Nice/Côte d'Azur and Marseille/Provence. The nearest TGV station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, is only 18 km away. The beaches of Saint-Aygulf and Pampelonne are only 40 minutes away by car.
